Homemade French Toast
Homemade French Toast
There is nothing better than a delicious home-cooked breakfast on the weekend, and everyone loves homemade french toast!


3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 slices of bread


1.  Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt in a large bowl.

2.  Heat a skillet over medium-low heat (or an electric griddle to 375°).  Melt a 1/2 teaspoon of butter in skillet.

3.  Dip bread into egg mixture.  Place on griddle.  Cook about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve topped with butter and maple syrup!

Serves 4 (2 slices each)
