Magic Banana Cookies |
These are the craziest “cookies” I have ever made! I call them “magic” because it doesn’t seem like it should work; it’s only oats and banana!
I found this recipe over on Creek Line House for 2-Ingredient Banana Cookies. I had 1 scraggly, old over-ripe banana sittin’ around and decided to give it a try!
I added chocolate chips and cinnamon to mine.
These would be awesome if you were doing gluten-free, or even sugar-free if you left out the chocolate chips! Or if you have that one banana lying around…
Ingredients:
1 very ripe banana, mashed
½ cup quick oats
2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease a baking sheet.
2. Combine all ingredients. Drop by level tablespoon on greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
