Let everyone have their own little apple crisp with this take on a traditional apple crisp recipe!

I used these 7 oz. ramekins by CorningWare.

Individual Apple Crisps


3 medium baking apples (such as Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious, or Granny Smith) peeled, cored and sliced
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
3 Tablespoons butter, softened
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg


1.  Heat oven to 375°.  Grease 4 7-oz. oven-safe ramekins.

2.  Distribute apple slices evenly among the prepared ramekins.  In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over apples in each ramekin.

3.  Bake 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.  Serve warm (topped with ice cream!)
