Onion Soup Mix Recipe

Making your own Onion Soup Mix is so easy!  This is a copycat recipe of Lipton's Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix...without the chemicals & preservatives!

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons dried onion flakes
5 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

1.  Combine all ingredients in a small bowl to mix.

Makes the equivalent of 1 envelope soup mix.

To make soup:  Combine soup mix and 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan.  Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.  Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To make dip:  Combine soup mix with 1 16 oz. container of sour cream.
