Taco Soup

This is a yummy soup recipe that kids and grown-ups all love!

Serve it with crushed tortilla chips and shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese to make it extra taco-y!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
8 Tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1 (28 oz.) can diced or crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:

1.  Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot or Dutch oven; drain. 

2.  Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.  Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Serve topped with grated cheese and crushed tortillas chips, if desired.

Serves 4-6
