|Easy Homemade Coleslaw|
Once you see how easy it is to make homemade coleslaw, you will never buy it again!
You can also use an 8 oz. pre-shredded coleslaw blend that you can find in the produce section in place of the cabbage and carrot.
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded (about ½ cup)
1. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add cabbage and carrot. Toss to coat.
2. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Makes 5 ½-cup servings
