|Homemade Chocolate Buttercream|
Use this easy and delicious Chocolate Buttercream frosting on your favorite cake! It is awesome for brownies and cookies too!
This recipe will frost one 13 x 9-inch cake, or an 8 or 9-inch layer cake, or 12 cupcakes.
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened (not melted)
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
2 to 3 Tablespoons milk
1. Mix all ingredients except milk in a medium bowl.
2. Stir in milk 1 Tablespoon at a time until smooth and spreadable.
